Pastors and ministry leaders often carry the weight of their members' struggles alone: depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, and family crises. Still Waters partners with churches to share that load by reducing mental health stigma, equipping leaders with practical education, and helping them know when and how to connect members with professional support beyond pastoral care. We are here to stand alongside your ministry, not replace it.
Christian faith is at the heart of our church partnerships. Every workshop and consultation is grounded in Scripture and integrates faith with evidence-based mental health education. Our programs are open to everyone, regardless of religious beliefs.

Privacy is respected, subject to applicable legal and safety requirements. Pricing is discussed individually with church leadership, and any travel-related expenses are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Churches that wish to continue may join the Ministry Wellness Partnership, our ongoing paid service, with the nurse practitioner and team serving your church twice a year: a spring Leadership & Staff In-Service and a fall Congregation Workshop. The partnership includes expanded workshops, leadership training, congregation education, and pamphlets and resource materials for each session, along with ongoing resource and referral guidance. Pricing is discussed individually with church leadership.
